Scary is good!

Bollywood - home to Indian cinema.
I don't know if any of you have noticed, but Indian cinema lacks one of the most potential genre - horror! We have talented directors like the late Yash Chopra, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali that have given us beautiful, heartwarming romantics, even directors like Anurag Basu and Anurag Kashyap that come up with wacky, out-of-the-box concepts, have never failed to entertain us but why is it so that we fail to make a good chiller?
Samara from 'the ring' or the infamous shower scene from Alfred Hitchcock's 'psycho' have given us the heebie-jeebies. But have you ever thought, what if, we would have thought of those concepts before?

Here's a spoof of the originals, let's have some fun...

Bollywood's version of the classics:

 Samara from 'The ring'

The shower scene from 'Psycho'...

Or how about 'Prom Night'..

This one's my favourite - the new release 'Mama'

So please, all you hidden aspiring directors, leave the romance or the action and give us some good chill down our spine!

Until next time sweetpeas,
Bisous! :)
